　　At the end of Qin Dynasty, there was a man named Ji Bu who always kept his word and had a high reputation. Many people established strong friendship with him. At that time, there was even a saying: "it's better to get a promise than to get a promise." this is the origin of the idiom "a promise is a thousand catties". Later, Ji Bu offended Liu Bang, the emperor of the Han Dynasty, and was offered a reward.
